LIGHTING

All orders for lighting will be sent out within two business days after receiving the order, as long as the customer's account is in good standing. The delivery times may vary. If you need express delivery, please let our internal sales team know, and we will assist you as much as possible. Depending on the availability from our suppliers, items may be delivered separately.
The estimated delivery times from the dispatch are as follows:
Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane - 2-3 days;
ACT, Regional NSW, VIC & QLD - 2-5 days;
Perth and Adelaide - 5-7 days;
TAS, Regional SA, WA & NT - 7-10 days.

Please note that these are estimates, and while our carriers will try their best to meet these delivery times, please allow up to 10 business days for all deliveries. If you have any urgent delivery inquiries, please contact us.

To track your order, we usually send an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is dispatched within 2-3 business days. However, in some cases, the email confirmation may not include specific tracking information. If that happens, you can request tracking information via email or log in to your account and track your order from there.

For non-bulky lighting orders to Australian metro areas, we offer free shipping. Please note that this excludes Perth, Hobart, and Darwin.

For all non-metro areas, there is a flat shipping rate of $29.95.

To check which zone your postcode falls under, add the item to your cart and enter your postcode on the shopping cart page.

If your order is under $99, a shipping fee of $19.95 is required.

For large bulky orders to regional, Tasmanian, NT, and West Australian postcodes, we may need to provide a separate quote for shipping charges if the item(s) purchased exceed our shipping size and postcode limits. We will send you a quote after you place an order if it exceeds these limits.

FURNITURE

Our pieces are handcrafted and made to order. We aim to complete your furniture within 3 weeks from the time you place your order. We offer flat rate shipping for singular items:
$99 for metro areas
$199 for regional areas, excluding WA, NT, TAS, and remote locations.
